Sekarang gw pengen ngasi tauuu tentang sejarah si CINGCAU itu sendiri yg slalu bikin gw ngidam tiap panas terik dateng !

GRASS JELLY ato mun ceuk urang SUNDA mah CINGCAU, is a cold drink made from arrowroot flour blended with coconut milk and palm sugar.
GRASS JELLY itself is a kind of gel that is extracted from the leaves of seaweed or other similar plants by soaking them in the water. The gel is a product of the chemical reaction between the water and molecules and the carbohydrates contained in the leaves. (haduhh..cape ngetranslate pake bahasa inggris mah !)
LANJUUUTTT ! lalu lalu . menurut Media Perceunahan, dari seratus kilo bahan tuh bisa menghasilkan 4 drum cingcau. huih huiihh banyk ga si 4 drum tu ? hha. (?!?!?!?*)

Kita bisa campur sirup ato yg basicbasic (pke santen ma gula aren). Kalo gw siii biasanya minum cingcau campur nata de coco bersama sirup TJAMPOLAI yang rasa pisang susu. eh jangan lupa juga pake es yang banyak !
wuiiiihhhh... GLEK GLEK! AJIIPPP ! hhaa..
So so so. Sekarang uda pada tau kan bagemana cara bikin cingcau yang bener (walo walo pasti ada yg ga ngerti) hha.
Yaa.. mungkin bisa dicoba dirumah masing-masing ! Tapi jamiinn HALAL ! gakan berhasil ! nyarii daunnya aja musti kemaaanaaa ajaa yia kan ?! hha.
